§ 14-1. Application of chapter; conflicts between chapter and other ordinances.

This chapter shall govern the organization and operation of the municipal court of the city, as put into operation by resolution duly passed on the thirteenth day of January, 1969, and filed in accordance with law, as authorized by 47 O.S. §§ 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provision of this chapter and the provisions of any other ordinance of this city, the provision of this chapter shall control.
