§ 23-135. Parking more than limited periods.

  • (a)

    No person shall park a vehicle on any street for a period of time longer than 24 hours. This section shall not affect parking limits established for shorter periods.

    (b)

    No person shall park a vehicle on any lot or paved surface smaller than one acre, and used as a residence within a city for a period of time longer than 12 hours unless the vehicle is parked entirely on a paved surface of asphalt, brick, cement, chat, gravel or comparable material as approved by the city manager or designee. This section shall not affect parking limits established for shorter periods.
