§ 7-11. Permitted uses in right-of-way located within the Rose District.

  • Businesses can conduct activities associated with their business in the city right-of-way located in the Rose District by obtaining a permit. Such activities must be in compliance with all city ordinances including building, fire, life safety, and zoning codes. The permit will designate what type of activities the business can conduct in the right-of-way and will designate the specific right-of-way area authorized to be used. No person, firm, partnership or agency shall conduct business within the right-of-way without first having obtained a permit provided by this section. Any person or entity who violates this section may be punished by a fine up to $500.00 plus court costs. Applicants must refer to Manual of Fees for permit application fee.
